Levels of equipment

The equipment levels of new mobile homes vary depending on the manufacturer.

I. CONFIGURATION LEVEL FOR NEW MOBILE HOMES/PREFAB HOUSES

The new, insulated mobile homes are available in two types, BASIC and COMFORT. The choice of interior colours is possible when ordering and will not affect the price.

BASIC version

In the case of the BASIC version, the house is ready to be furnished, i.e., it is empty, but includes the interior and exterior coverings, mechanical outlets, sockets, switches, electrical outlets, and electric heaters.

Contents of the BASIC version:

1-3 bedrooms, depending on the size of the house;
Living room with space for a kitchen
Room for bathroom13.5 cm of polyurethane foam insulation in the walls and 13 cm in the floor and ceiling
Metal roof tiles
PVC exterior cladding
PVC or MDF cladding on internal walls and ceiling
5-chamber white windows and entrance doors
Laminate flooring and PVC trim
Electrical connections: wall sockets and switches, aerial socket, fuse board, external double socket, socket under the house for optional heating
Electric heating with thermostat in all rooms, electric radiator in bathroom
Kitchen and bathroom plumbing and washing machine outlets
Mechanical bathroom ventilation and plumbing extractor fan
Ceiling lighting (LED spots in all rooms)
2 light points on the outside of the house
Metal guttering
